RETURN REQUESTS
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Suits Vibes and we are committed to our valued customer’s satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please see below.
•There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance orders.
•To return an item for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date is easy. Contact our customer service department with your request along with your order number. We will email you full instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
•Any items that are returned for a refund must be received to our AU return processing center within 30 days of the delivery date – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The branded jacket, suit, tuxedo and/or shoe boxes are not to be used as return shipping containers.
•In an effort to save our customers money on return shipping costs, Suits/Tuxedos & Jacket boxes do not need to be returned with your item to qualify for a refund. All other black branded boxes must to be returned in order to qualify for a full refund.
•All items returned for a refund must be in new condition, unused, unwashed and in otherwise resell-able condition. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
•The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice to our AU return processing center. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number. Please note, items should not be returned without prior notice. Items returned to us without prior notification will be returned to the sender.
REFUNDS
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving returned items and email you once your refund has been processed by Suits Vibes. Refunds will be credited back to the payment type used when placing your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.
•PayPal - For payments made with your PayPal account, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.
•Credit/Debit Card - Refunds to your payment card typically appear within 3 to 5 business days once we have processed the refund on our end. Refunds can take up to two (2) billing cycles and this will depend on your financial institution.
If you do not see the credit applied back onto your card in 3 to 5 business days, please contact your card company to inquire when you can expect the refund to be applied.
Duties and customs fees for our international customers are not eligible for a refund by Suits Vibes. However, you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your country’s customs office directly.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with exceptions for major holidays. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the following business day.
We do our best to process orders in a timely manner and many orders will ship within 24 hours. However, order processing may take up to 3 business days before shipping.
Pre orders require 3 weeks processing/delivery.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Shipping information will be sent to the email address provided on the order, once processed. Please make sure to add our email address info@suitsvibes.com to your contacts. This will avoid any communications being sent to your junk/spam files in error.
Transit and delivery information may take several days before being updated on carrier websites. This is outside of our control. If you feel there may be an issue with the tracking information provided to you, please contact us.
Shipping times can vary seasonally. If you have not received your order in the time advised when your order was placed, please contact us so that we can assist you in tracking and receiving your products.
Delivery times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers, couriers, and postal service providers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.
For international deliveries, any import fees, customs taxes or additional costs imposed by the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping - Delivery times for the Australian are estimated between 3 to 5 business days once the order has shipped.
International Shipping - There is an additional fee for this service and applies only to international shipments. Delivery times are estimated between 10 to 20 business days to arrive and will vary by location.
